Úprava životního stylu pro zlepšení úzkosti a deprese u pacientů se syndromem dráždivého tračníku

Cíl: Cílem této studie bylo vyhodnotit příznivé účinky úpravy životního stylu a stravování na závažnost příznaků, kvalitu života, úzkost a depresi u pacientů se syndromem dráždivého tračníku (IBS). Metody: Do tohoto klinického intervenčního hodnocení byli zahrnuti pacienti s IBS ve věku od 15 do 65 let, kteří byli odesláni na gastroenterologickou kliniku nemocnice Taleghani Hospital v Teheránu v Iránu od března 2020 do srpna 2020. Po úvodním vyšetření byla provedena úprava životního stylu. Statistická analýza byla provedena v softwaru SPSS. Výsledky: Do této studie bylo zařazeno 55 pacientů s IBS, z nichž 27 bylo mužů a 28 žen. Střední skóre úzkosti pacientů (na základě BAI) a střední skóre deprese (na základě BDI) se po úpravě životního stylu a stravy významně snížilo v porovnání s výchozí hodnotou. Výchozí hodnota středního skóre kvality života pacientů (na základě IBS-QOL) 68,36 ± 24,90 se po intervenci statisticky významně zvýšila na hodnotu 82,75 ± 29,52 (p < 0,001). Obdobně došlo po úpravě životního stylu a stravování ke statisticky významnému snížení středního skóre závažnosti příznaků IBS (na základě IBS-SSS) z výchozí hodnoty 28,29 ± 8,27 na 20,87 ± 8,47 (p < 0,001). Závěr: Naše poznatky naznačují, že úprava životního stylu a stravování může u pacientů s IBS představovat snadnou a účinnou léčbu, neboť má příznivý a významný vliv na zmírnění závažnosti příznaků, zlepšení kvality života a zmírnění příznaků úzkosti a deprese.
