Unusual cause of diarrhoea – cholecystocolic fistula: case interpretation and overview of literature

Summary

We report a case of a 72-year-old woman who suffered from diarrhoea with weight loss for several weeks. After exclusion of an infectious cause, the CT and ERCP identified a cholecystocolic fistula, which was finally resolved by surgery leading to an improvement of the patient’s condition.
